Can anyone tell me application deadline is due 14th 11:59p.m or due 15th 11:59p.m?

When is the deadline for commonapp?Universities say due 15th Jan.Does that mean we have to submit commonapp by 14th 11:59p.m or by 15th 11:59p.m?</p>
