<p>Just to double check, when a college's common app deadline is 12/31 it means I have until 11:59 on 12/31 to submit it, not 12/30 11:59, right?</p>
<p>That’s the way it was last year.</p>
<p>Oh, be careful about timezones. I was in the Central time zone and had to submit stuff by 10:59 pm for East coast schools but had until 11:59 pm to submit stuff for Midwest school.</p>
