<p>Created my Enterprise ID and everything, but I get an access denied kind of thing when I try to view my financial aid letter.</p>
<p>My son has no trouble getting in with his netid an password, but they aren’t releasing award letters until mid march.</p>

My problem is I can’t even log-in. I get the following message:</p>

<p>I’d call Cites. That’s the UIUC Academic Computer people. They can check to see whether your netID was properly assigned. At one point, I remember that my son had to get an enterprise ID too. I told him to choose the same netid he had been assigned, so as not to get screwed up. I remember after doing so, it set the username for 3-4 integrated applications, so make sure you followed all the way through with obtaining both a netID and an enterprise ID. You can do so before accepting too, by the way.</p>

I called like 40 different people (they kept transfering me)
I finally got a woman from financial aid who was like “HOW can there be anything UP if FAFSA isn’t even due yet”…when i told her it wasnt that i was excepting anything I was just hoping NOT to get an error message she told me to wait…but she was very snooty about the whole thing.
tell me if u get that fixed…because I was never able to.</p>
