Can I ADD THIS TOO ADDITIONAL INFO ?

should i write i dropped out of school sophomore year and that i lived by myself although i wrote about it for the main essay ?

If you already wrote about it, why mention it again?

^^ agree, don’t repeat it unless it is new information.

do you guys believe that it is a good idea or if i even should talk about my life as a high-school drop out turning into a perfectionist 4.0 student in CC for the common app’s prompt “Please provide a statement (appr. 250-500 words) that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve.” ?

Seems to me like that would in no way respond to the prompt. If you can figure out a way to tie it in, then go for it. But if you just insert it for the sake of inserting it, it’ll be obvious and not look very good.

Unless it’s new information that would make a significant change to your application, don’t put it in. Since you’ve already written an entire essay on this subject, I think they should be able to get the message without you stating it again! :)
