can I apply for the CPA exam now if I still need to complete 2 courses

Edit:

IMPORTANT: Conferral of a degree and completion of coursework MUST be posted on official transcripts.

So, the answer is NO.

sorry for the wasted thread!!

Every state allows you to sit for the exam 200 days prior to completing all coursework so long as you give them the proper documentation which would be handled by your school.

The process is complicated. Go to your accounting department chair and ask him or her how to get started.

Honestly, this is a great example of what sets schools apart. People will tell you that the curriculum for accounting is the same everywhere (which is true) and so school doesn’t matter. But the quality is evident in how the school helps students. My school made sure we always were on top of what we needed to be doing for the CPA. And here is a school where someone has 2 classes left and he has no clue about the CPA application process. Go to a good school!
