I want to apply to a computer science or a computer engineering program but I haven’t taken any science subjects in 11th and 12th grade. A;though, I have taken all three subjects until 10th grade and I plan on taking SAT Subject tests in Physics and Chemistry. Can you guys tell me if I am eligible to apply?

What level of college are you looking at?
Why haven’t you taken science for two years? Why not one AP science? I wouldn’t say you are not eligible, but engineering will have you take chem and physics…you will be competing against other students who will be taking science more recently and probably an AP science.
I am an international student from India, where the option is to take either 4 years of science or 2. Also you cannot mix the sciences with economics and accounts. So, that’s basically why I do not have more than 2 years of science . APs are quite out of the question as I would have to travel accross the country to take them.
What I would really like to know is what are the chances I have at being accepted for computer engineering at a pretty good university.
I would not look at the most selective colleges…but look at the colleges you are interested in and see what they require.
US colleges will consider your application in light of the courses you have had access to. So yes, you can probably apply for STEM.
