Can I apply to study in Computer Science despite not having the subject in my A levels?

I have Maths, Physics and Economics.
I already gave AS level and will give A2 this May June 2016. My question is that: Is computer science necessary in A levels if I want to study computer science in a college?

Yes, you take CS in college. Many/most HSs in the US don’t have CS.
