<p>My situation is, I'm on a waitlist at nell and NYU, and was wondering if I could enroll at Rutgers, then cancel if I get into one of my wait schools. Is there a contract or something I have to sign once I enroll, or is it only a fee? Need help asap. Thanx.</p>
