<p>I'm planning to apply Stanford EA, so I have to write a common application essay. It says that my common application essay should be same for ALL colleges. After I apply, and if an idea comes to my mind, can I ever change my common application essay or do I have to send the one that I sent to Stanford??</p>
<p>Yes, you can change it. After you send your first version to one school, you can make other versions for other colleges, changing whatever you like. Look at the CA website for instructions for making different versions.</p>
