Can I expect well-rounded education at Business School?

Hello, I am a current freshman at NYU, College of Arts and Science, Economics major. I currently consider transferring to Stern Business School since I want more job opportunities. I know it is very hard, but I think there is a value to try since my GPA is more than 3.8 so far. Even if possibility to transfer is definitely an issue, more important issue for me is the education. I really want to learn diverse fields of studies, being well-rounded person. When I searched Stern homepage, it says Stern Business School provides both of strong liberal arts program and top-tier business program. But since it is business school, I am sure that Stern should provide me less well-rounded education. Before beginning the process of transfer, I want to know about the education of Business School. Could anyone explain about education of the business school?

Thanks!!!

Most business schools still require you to take a foundation in liberal arts courses.

You just might have a few more specific requirements within the liberal arts core such as ethics classes

You should be able to find the required curriculum for the b-school online and you can figure out how much room you will have for liberal arts classes.

Stern, like most top business programs, is essentially a double system, where you take all foundation courses for a liberal arts major (or what the “honors program foundation courses” are in other universities) as well as a business major.
