Can i get HSL's opinion on this matter

Right now I am a Junior taking 4 AP classes (English Comp, Physics B, Stats, and APUSH). I am thinking about self-studying for Psych as well. I know I have the determination to get the self-studying done, but I am cautious about how it will affect my other AP grades in May. I heard Psych is very easy, and I am only taking it to put on my transcript. I have only take 1 AP class so far in my sophomore year (World History), so taking Psych would not put me in position to get an award from Collegeboard. Next year, I will probably take 5 AP Classes, with room for Psych.

My Question is: Do you think I should self-study Psychology this year, or take it as a class along with 4 other intensive AP's next year?

What are you going to do with the extra time this year? If you have a bunch of ECs you want to aggressively pursue, keeping one AP may be the right thing to do, especially because self-studying takes a lot of self-determination.

AP Psych is so easy. Do it.
