Can I get in to my dream school?

Hi guys! Due to the competitive nature of college admissions, I wanted to post my incomplete resume and see if anyone had advice regarding my chances of getting into the schools I will be applying to. Thanks for taking a look and any help is greatly appreciated!
Schools I Want to Apply to:
1. UC Berkeley (DREAM SCHOOL)
2. UCLA
3. Columbia (a really, really far reach)
4. UCSB (fall back)
5. University of Wisconsin, Madison (fall back, father graduated from there)
6. University of Washington (fall back)
*planning to apply to additional east coast schools, but I haven’t really looked into it yet

My volunteer work thus far has been rather random, but I plan to pledge my allegiance to one organization (likely the Children’s Hospital of Orange County).
Hoping to organize and establish my own club associated with teaching Illiterate children how to read
JV Tennis team member fresh and sophomore years, but I’m planning on switching to Track and Field because the Varsity coach said that if you aren’t on varsity by soph year, you likely won’t be (no room to grow)
Two pieces of my photography were displayed in the school art show
Planning to enter a national level writing contest
Applying for a position to write for a local newspaper

Awards and Honors:

So, what do you guys think? Am I on the road to being a competitive candidate? Is Berkeley within reach for me? What would you suggest doing to bolster my resume? Thanks so much for reading and please let me know what you think!
