Can I get into a good college??

I'm a junior in high school. Hispanic, economically disadvantaged, first generation high school graduate and college student (hopefully). I want to go to Northwestern University's McCormick Engineering School and plan to apply to others.

I worry because I don't how I'll do. I want to go into computer science, but that's a difficult major and very competitive and I have no engineering experience, even though it's offered at my school. (Engineering is offered, but not computer science).

My stats:

4.2 GPA (crappy, I know, but I plan to raise it)
173 on the PSAT (I'll take the SAT in April and I've been studying)
AP's: World History (5), currently taking US History and Eng. Lang., self-studying for French, Spanish, Physics B, and HUGE.
EC's:
Sophomore Representative to student gov't
Volunteer in a Political Campaign
UIL Ready Writing
European History Club
UIL Mathematics
French Honor's Society
AP Self-Study Club
UIL Science
UIL Current Events
Woodwind Ensemble
Played the clarinet, violin and cello, and played at various volunteer venues.
Marching Band
High School - Solo and Ensemble
Third chair - Clarinet
Section Leader - Violin
Communications Leader - History Honor Society

I hope this is good. I saw that another girl posted a post like this and people accused her of bragging. I'm not bragging, I just want to hear some feedback from other people who probably know more than me, to prepare for the best and the worst. Thank you very much.

AP Self-Study Club ???

^^^ Wow. That’s new. The answer to your question is “Yes, you can get into a good college”.
