I am currently a high school junior very interested in Cornell. I am interested in studying business in college, but I'm not 100% sure, so I tend to think that a liberal arts education would be the most beneficial. I was wondering if I matriculated in the CAS, would I be able to take AEM courses, or transfer into CALS if I do decide to focus in on business, and if so how hard would that be?

You wouldn’t be transferring to CALS, but directly to AEM. This may be a bit competitive because many cas and engineering students tend to go for that at the beginning of their sophomore year, but it would be fine if you take the proper required courses and have okay grades (3.0 ish +). That means yes, you are allowed to take any AEM courses in CAS but you have to apply to the program to graduate.
