Can I get into Carnegie Mellon?

<p>I'm going into my junior year in high school. In freshman and sophomore year I did really bad. In freshman year I got a 3.2(UW) the first semester and a 3.0(UW) the second. In sophomore year I got a 3.0(UW) the first and a 3.2(UW) the second. So here's what I want to know... If I do all of things in junior year will I be able to get in? If not do u mind telling me some things that will or what other colleges I should consider?</p>

<p>Well it depends if the 4.0 is honors/AP or regular classes b/c that makes a difference. So I assume your GPA is around a 3.1-3.2 If so a 4.0 would raise it to a 3.6ish. IF you want to go to CIT/MCS maybe but not to SCS or Tepper. I don’t know about H&SS. DO well on SAT/ACT. Show some leadership. You still got a year so don’t worry now.</p>
