Can I get into Fordham, GWU, NYU, Columbia Dual BA Program, American University?

UW: 3.57
W: 4.5
That’s for 9th and 10th grade (I took all honors)
Currently in 11th, doing the IB diploma program

I’m taking 3 HLs and 3 SLs. My HLs are:
Global Politics
French A Lang and Lit
English A Lit
AP scores:
Human geography -5
French Lang and Lit -5
Taking AP World History this year

By the end of high school my gpa is probably going to be a 3.6 and much higher weighted GPA
SAT: haven’t taken yet, but I took a practice one in english and scored a 680 (made careless mistakes) so I’m expecting a result of a 700 or higher. But then there’s math: I suck at math. In the beginning of 10th grade I got around a 500. Obviously I improved, but I think my final result will be at best around a 600.

ECs:
150 community service hours earned through ballet
(dancing in the nutcracker for public school children) and other things…
Ballet my whole life. Besides that, not much planning to intern somewhere related to my field of study: International Relations.

I moved schools a lot: lived in 4 different countries. (Ukraine, France, U.A.E, U.S.)
Fluently speak 3 languages at home: Russian, French and English.
I started learning English in 7th grade.
Also the fact that I am Ukrainian, could I count as a minority although I’m white?

Please chance me for those universities! Thanks!

A 3.6 and a 1300 are definitely too low for Columbia, and a bit low for NYU. You should be good for Fordham and GWU; your scores are within range for both schools. For NYU, try to get at least a 3.7-3.8 and a 1350-1450, as the International Relations is an honors major at the College of Arts and Science, which is very selective. For Columbia, you’d need at least a 3.8-3.9 and a 1500.
