I'm a transfer student

High school gpa: 2.3
gpa at a community college: 3.7
Credits completed: 37 and its still my first year second semester, this does not include the 19 credits I'm taking for this spring semester. The reason I have so many credits is because I took summer classes before my first year of college started.

College i want to transfer to: Rutgers NB arts and sciences

I am sure you will have NO problem getting in.

If you live in NJ and will have an Associates before you attend RU, you will get in. Rutgers only looks at your HS transcript at that point to 1) make sure that you gradutated and 2) see the courses you took for possible future placement tests (IE – If the major you choose at RU requires so many semesters of a Language and you haven’t taken enough of those semesters at another college, they will placement test you and look at your HS transcript to see how many years of a lang. you took back then as well).

If you are transferring from another school and complete two years before, your HS grades will not matter either.
