Can I get into Stevens Institute of Technology based on my credentials?

Stevens is my dream school and I really want to get accepted. I go to a magnet high school and I am in the Academy of Computer Science. I have created a Twitter-based web app, a few websites, a personalized GPA calculator (my school has a really weird GPA scale so I could not find one that I could use online so I coded my own), and an Andriod App (not on Google Play but it’s on my GitHub). I have taken a video game programming course in C# and have taken Honors STEM courses. I have attended many hackathons and I am the co-founder of the hackathons held at my school. I am passionate about volunteering. I volunteer for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, at my local library, and I teach girls in middle school around the nation to code in Java for 3-weeks in the summer. I absolutely love student government and have been involved in it since 4th grade. I received an award from the National Association of Student Councils. I am also the Vice President of my class. I am an active participant in my school’s Key Club and Robotics Club. I have also received awards from the National Center for Women and Information Technology for Aspirations in Computing. Lastly, I will be traveling to Rwanda for 3-weeks this summer because I am one of 30 girls accepted to a STEAM camp held by the US Department of State taught by Microsoft and Intel. I have not taken the SATs yet but based on my practice tests I will most likely earn a 620 in Critical Reading, 710 in Mathematics, and 650 in Writing. On the ACT, I will most likely receive a 29. What do my chances look like? How can I improve them?
