Can I get into top schools?

Currently I am in my Junior year of high school. My freshman/sophomore gpa is 3.86uw and 4.07w with 3 AP’s(Human Geo, World, Environmental) I’m currently taking 4 AP’s( Lang, Calc AB, Chem, Euro). I will more than likely end up with only one B in my classes this year which will leave me with a 3.86uw and a 4.19w cumulative gpa. I’m also going to take another 4 AP classes my senior year (Econ, Gov, Stat, Physics 1) Also my ACT score is a 32 and will hopefully will bring it up to a 34. I will 100% perusing a career in the medical field. I have only been in one club, but very active in that club (HOSA). I have gone to every leadership conference and state conference. I placed 1st place in the state for my event this past month and will be attending the national conference. I would just like to know what my chances are at getting into my top school. Brown, Vanderbilt, Johns Hopkins, Columbia.
