So i know this is a very cliche question that all seniors ask here but please, bear with me. Tufts is my dream school and I am applying for the ED 2 deadline. I am posting my stats below so can anyone go through them and assess whether I have chance of getting in?
Academics:
- Top 10% in the class
- Doing IB and predicted scores are as follows
- Biology HL : 7
- Chemistry HL : 6
- Business & Management HL : 6
- English SL : 7
- Spanish SL : 6
- Mathematics SL : 6
- Total predicted score : 40/45 (+2 for the Extended Essay and TOK)
- Have really good recommendation letters
Summers:
- A 3 week marketing research internship with MBA graduates to bring up a b2b online shopping platform
- 8 undergraduate credits in Neurobiology and Biomedical Ethics form Harvard University
- 200 hours of clinical rotation (ER, Pediatrics, In and Out patient clinic)
Extracurriculars:
- Dance: choreographed 7 high school productions ; fusions of hip hop, ballet, indian kuchipudi and comtemporary
- Tennis: played doubles at regionals and secures third place
- Presented an idea of a dance website in India's only recognised Ted-Ed club
- Did mnay hours of community service: taught english and soccer to local unpriveliged children, took a trip to pondicherry to help a man rebuild his home after a flooding, organized fundraisers for a national flood relief fund and a national campaign towards better waste management
- Did a total of 6 MUNs; delegated for almost every council in the UN
- Presently in student council; captian of the house of jupiter in my school
I’d say that I’m an approachable person and am pretty warm and friendly 
My essays got good remarks from people who read them. They have some deep and emotional bits but have a fair amount of comedy as well. I am an American citizen living in India.
