I’m a rising senior graduating in 2019.
My gpa is 3.2 unweighted and 3.5 weighted. I got quite a lot of B’s. 
My last SAT score was a 1250 but I took it again and I was aiming for a 1300 so hopefully it’ll be that.

Florida resident you should be ok. Apply early and let them know it’s your top school. The application should be up and available in July. Your 1240 is going to be helpful to bring up the gpa. They do have a 2.7 to plus 4.0 range. But the average is 3.5. So you’re not that far off but write good essays and have it proofread.
I think if you apply for summer and write good essays/apply early, you have a pretty good chance of getting in.
Okay so my NEW SAT score is 1310. I also have tons of ec, most notably me being dedicated to my instrument(All-state flute player).
