Can I get into UCLA with slightly below average GPA/ high test scores?

I am an incoming senior at a very competitive high school. My college goals are UCLA and above. Based on my information provided, how do you think I will do? I slacked off a little during my freshman and sophomores years, which caused my GPA to drop.

-Three year participant in Tzu Chi High School group, fairly well known worldwide

Test Scores:
SAT I: 2010, planning on getting 2300+ during senior year (I'm studying extremely hard this summer, I am fairly confident this is possible)
SAT II Math: 800
SAT II Biology: 800
AP Exam Scores:
AP European History: 1, planning on removing off transcript; will show as "untaken"
AP Biology: 5
AP English Literature/Composition: 4

As shown, my GPA is not the highest; I did not really concentrate in school during my Freshman/Sophomore years. Also, my grades slipped a little during my second semester of my Junior Year. I am going to cancel my AP European History AP test score (I believe it was because my handwriting was so bad that the reviewers probably refused to grade my FRQ's). However, I am currently relying on high test scores and extracurriculars to get into UCLA. What do you think are my chances of getting in?

Your stats look really good for UCLA, especially your SAT and SAT II tests. I think you have a good chance getting in to UCLA, I would’t worry too much about your GPA, because your test scores are really good.
