It will be pretty difficult considering you are not in the top 7% (if you live in TX). UT’s admission rate is really 15% is you take out the auto-admits, which leaves many qualified applicants to fight over the leftover spots. Your GPA is really solid though, how are you not in the Top 7%? You standardized testing scores are solid, and if you write great essays, get polished recs, and submit a well-written resume, you have a pretty good chance of getting in.
It also helps that you want the College of Liberal Arts.
