Lets say im going to community college and then transfer and finish with a bachelors in business or finance. But then at the end of 4th year, or maybe after i graduate i decide that i would like to go into med school, but i didn't take lets say 2 or 3 required science classes. Can i go back to take them after i graduated and then go to med school? or would i have to start over?

Post-bach program. You don’t start over, since you completed generals. Many ppl do what you described, and most do post-bach and/or grad school.

If you don’t have any pre-reqs done, you can do a post-bacc specifically designed for people who have a Bachelors in a non-science who have none of the pre-reqs done - they usually also include an MCAT prep course and help getting ready for and taking that exam.

If you’re only missing one or two, you can just go back and take those courses (preferably at a 4 year institution)
