Can I have more than one counselor submit material on my common app?

Until 10th grade, I attended a school in India. My current school only gives classes from international schools a “pass” or “fail” grade on the transcript. My counselor won’t add my Indian transcript to Common app. However, I know that I need to submit my 9th and 10th grade grades to all the schools I’m applying to.
My school in India doesn’t have the infrastructure to send my transcript to schools electronically, and at least some of the colleges I’m applying to will not accept my transcript via email. I definitely can’t ask the principal of my Indian school to send my transcripts through post because the cost would be astronomical.
So, basically my question is: how can I get my transcript onto common app without my current counselor having to add anything?

I’m sending physical copies to all my schools.

Have you checked with admission offices to see if they will accept copies of a transcript mailed by the applicant? Just be sure it is acceptable to them. Usually they want things directly from the schools.

@happy1 It’ll have the school seal on it. Will that be enough?

Edit: I mean the seal will be on the envelope. I got my school to send me several copies of my transcripts which have been sealed so that I can send to the colleges I’m applying to.
