Can my current Counsellor submit my transcripts for my previous school?

I am an international. I did my 9th and 10th from a relatively unknown school and my 11th and 12th from one of the best schools in my city. My previous school is very far away from where I live (different states), so I can't get in touch with them and also, that school doesn't even have an e-mail ID. So, if is it acceptable if my current counsellor submits my 9th and 10th grade official transcripts along with my 11th and 12th ones?

If your counselor agrees to this, i think it’s fine as long as the transcripts are official. You might want to ask your counselor to add a note to your report explaining the situation.

If your previous school is in the US, you can get in touch with them and ask for the transcripts. People do this all the time, and they are used to getting these requests. Just pick up the phone and do that. Or, ask your current HS counselor to give you a hand with it if you are uncomfortable calling yourself.

@happymomof1‌ I have the official transcript from 9th and 10th…But I don’t know whether my current counsellor should send it or the counsellor at the previous school…If my current counsellor uploads all the transcripts would there by any problem?

@meriks‌ yes he agreed to it and the transcripts are official…Where and how would he add a note if I am applying via Common App?

And no my previous school was not in the US
