I’m in my second semester of my junior year with a GPA of 2.05. If I get all A’s this semester with 13 credits of 4 classes, what will be my gpa? I might be spending two more years at college.
How many credits do you have so far?
what do you want your GPA to be? It’s impossible to have a 4.0 and maybe even impossible to have a 3.0 or 3.5 by now.
You woudl need to calculate it…you have to know how many credits you have. But in general, the more credit you have, the harder it is to move. Showing you can do better in harder classes is always good.
I have 62 credits so far.
Why do you think it’s difficult to increase my GPA to 3.0?
Because of mathematical averages.
(62 credits x 2.05 + 13 credits x 4.00) / (62 credits + 13 credits) = 2.39
At least by my analysis (someone correct me if I’m wrong).
You have so many credits already that it will take a lot of A’s to move that average.
Your past behaviour is the best predictor of your future, Why did you struggle so much thus far? It isn’t going to get easier. You should probably reconsider your career plans and pick someone you like and can succeed in.
