Gpa

Hi~
I'm junior and my current GPA is 3.6. How much can I raise my GPA if I get 4.0 this year?
thanks.

I hate to be mean, but if you cannot calculate this, then perhaps you will not attain a 4.0, or at least not in math or science.

Are you a HS?

Anyhow. GPA system varies from school to school. Just do well and it’s okay. Colleges don’t really think top 5 top 10 is so damn important anymore. They do consider it, still. But if you do well on SAT, and still do well in all your classes (junior year and senior year), you will be granted mercy for the Bs in the past.

College admission looks at other credentials as well. Just keep up the good work. Do well, and do well.

If you are a college student, it is totally based on the credit system your school practices. A 4.0 in two semesters will bolster to at least 3.7 or so. I knew this because one A- (4 credits) moved me from 3.2 to 3.3, and A- is 3.7. So I do expect a one 4.0 result will bolster by 0.1 in overall (again, it’s 4 credits). But when you begin to calculate 4.0 as in the entire semester, that will raise a lot.
