Can I raise my score from a 27?

Yes, I know. A 27 is low. I started late on the process (neither of my parents have any degrees further than associates at community college so they didn’t know). I am a Junior looking to get into Duke university. (About a 32-33 composite) Even if I don’t get in I still want this score.

Time limit: It’s June 11th today and my test will be in September. That’s about 3 months (I have a lot of free time because it’s summer and I’m not doing much traveling)

Composite: 27
English: 29
Math: 28
Reading: 25
Science: 24
I’m good with time management and I’m motivated to do this. I have PrepScholar which is just an online site and also I use Khan Academy for math help.
I’m not asking about my chances to get into Duke, I’m just asking about the score. Can I do it? Or is it too late for me? Which sections should I focus on?(majoring in chemistry) Any advice would be very helpful! Thank you in advance!

I think you can definitely do it, especially if you do a lot of practice! Definitely buy the big act red book that has practice tests. To go with that I used this prep book by Mike Barrett called the Black Book. He gives really good strategies and then walks through practice questions from the red book. If you get those 2 books and just do practice tests then you’ll do great!

You can improve your score on the ACT significantly if you prepare for the test. If you take practice tests and analyze/correct your mistakes you will increase your score.
