Hi my name is Danny, I'm attending a community college in florida, I have only attended two semesters at this institution. While I have been here, I have made poor grades, almost failing all my classes. This sounds like a crazy idea but I'm moving to a new town next month and starting at the community college there. My question is: 1. Is there any possible way that I can attend this new community college without transfering any of my transcripts from my previous institution, basicly appearing as a new student? Oviously I understand I will have to retake any of the classes I had passed (there are not that many), but I wish to start over to save my GPA and record? 2. If I can do this, is there any way this could come back and effect me in the future? 3. Is there some sort of data base where my previous records could be found by future colleges and universities? 4.Is this against the law in any way? I have read some other threads but still have questions. If you have anything to offer, please let me know. Thanks!
