Can I send November SAT II results?

I’m an international student, and I’m gonna take SAT in October and SAT II in November (these are the only available times here). will I be able to send SAT II results?

Per the freshman application checklist, accessible from this page, https://admission.rice.edu/policies/standardized-testing, it says Rice will accept the 11/2/19 SAT/SAT subject tests for ED applicants and the 12/7 tests for RD.

Also, as an international student you will have to submit TOEFL test results (unless you have had a min of 2 years of full-time instruction in English in HS).
