Can I send teachers recs by CommonAp w/o Naviance?

<p>Does anyone know if there is a way of assigning and sending teacher recommendations via CommonAp without going through Naviance? My school is using Naviance but there are so many problems going on and I cannot actually just assign recommendations for teachers on the "Assign Recommenders" tab. It states:</p>

<p>Your school is using Naviance eDocs for transcripts, school reports, and teacher recommendations. Please contact your counselor directly and they will provide instructions specific to your school regarding these documents. Once your teachers submit their recommendations online you will see the status below. If your teacher(s) wish to submit forms via mail, you can download printable forms that can be completed on paper and mailed to each institution to which you apply.</p>

<p>It would be easier if I could just assign my teacher recommenders on CommonAp itself instead of being redirected to Naviance. Has anyone been through/going through a similar situation?</p>

<p>Naviance has been working recently, so you might give it a try.</p>

<p>Alternatively, you can print a customized evaluation form from the CA and have your teacher fill it out, add their LOR, and mail it.</p>
