I'm a senior in USC and due to some very personal issues that happened to me in my second semester of sophomore, I ended up failing one of my classes for my major in junior year. I wanted to take the class over this semester but could not because it did not fit in my schedule and now it's not being offered anymore for the fall 2012 semester. Does anybody know if it is still possible to graduate? I'm really worried about this =(

Talk to your advisor where you’ll get the information straight from the source.

Was it a core course or an elective for your major? If it’s not offered in spring 2013, sometimes they will still let you walk at graduation with the promise of taking and passing the course that following summer/fall. Other schools might make you wait until all requirements are fulfilled and make you walk the following year. Talk to your advisor about your options. Maybe you could take it fall 2012 at another college and transfer the credits in if they offer something to fit your schedule.

this is probably the worst place to ask. on this forum, the best place would probably be the USC subforum, but you should really ask an advisor, your peers, or SOMEONE who at least you can ensure knows something about USC.
