I’m a US national currently living in Pakistan, I’ll be starting my final year of High school/A-levels this September. I plan on sitting the SAT reasoning test in October followed by Chemistry and Biology SAT 2’s in November. However I tried the test in the Barrons biology book, and a lot of the course material was a new to me, mainly because I haven’t taken AP classes, and also because I’ve only done half of my A-level course, though I did very well on the parts that I’ve studied, and I’ve had straight As in Biology and Chemistry throughout high school. So my question is, can I prepare from only Barrons and Princeton Review and be ready for the test in November, or should I consult other books? Would it help to go over next years syllabus from my school text books?
I personally half self-studied, half school studied for the chemistry subject test. I read the entire practice book (probably a little over the top) in two weeks before the test and got an 800
