Can I Transfer with a Remedial Course?

Guys, I recently started community college as a freshman for the Spring 2012 semester. I want to transfer to a four year for Spring 2013. I have already completed Math 05 at Bronx Community College and now I have to take Math 06 before I can move on to Math 30. So I would be completing Math 06 in the Fall 2012 semester. I want to transfer either to CUNY Baruch, Hunter, or, if I can afford it, SUNY Binghamton or Albany. Is it possible that I can still make a transfer? Can you help me out? I'm completely lost when it comes to the whole college scene. Also, how much credits would you need to transfer?
Here's an outline of my courses:
Data 10- 3 cr
Art 11- 3 cr
OCD (Orientation)- no credits/ credit hrs
Math 06- 6 credit hrs

For the Fall 2012 semester I'll be taking:
Acc 11- 4 cr
Eng 11- 3 cr
His 10- 3 cr
Math 06- 6 credit hrs

Does anyone know how I can directly contact people from these schools to find out about transferring?

Thanks in advance

Well technically I won’t be travelling with it if I complete the course and pass right?

Any ANSWERS??

I’m guna be totally honest and make my school look bad. Rutgers took at least 10 of my remedial credits, with titles like intermediate algebra, classes they know aren’t college level, I transferred from CA though. They do NOT in CA. Here? Depends on the school, remedial essentially means not college level so it honestly shouldn’t, but hell they count in your GPAs.

Go make an appointment with the transfer advisor at your community college and ask for help with your transfer applications. That person will know exactly what you need to in order to transfer into the SUNY/CUNY universities.
