Can I transfer?

I am in my second semester at community college in North Carolina.
My first semester looks like this:
3 credit hours World History A
3 credit hours Russian A
3 credit hours Psychology B
1 credit hour ACA Transfer Course F
and a Credit Recieved for 3 credit hours of Russian
Statistics W
Geology W
Overall GPA: 3.3

My F was because I had a bunch of court stuff going on with a crazy ex, and was being stalked, so I just stopped doing work for my 1 credit hour class, and then my two W classes were because I had too much going on and I didnt understand it.

This semester I did everything online to work more, and will look like this (or better)
Anthropology B
English B
ACA transfer course A
Geology B (most likely an A)
Religions A
Statistics F (or a WP because I’m not sure if I should keep trying to raise it to a D or drop, which averages in my GPA as an F)
I struggled in Statistics because I’m bad at math and should not have done it online. I retook it because I thought it would look good to retake a W class.

Do you think a school like UNCC would deny transfer over that? I think I can make all A’s and B’s next semester (most likely all A’s but planning for the worse case scenario).
Next is Art HIstory, Music Appreciation, Creative writing, Sociology, and I’m probably switching mythology for a math class instead of just adding an extra class.
And I can definitely make A’s next spring because it will be all elective classes before transferring, but I do not think my final grades would be in before I send in my application.

I’m really stressing out over this. I want to go to UNCC for English with a Creative Writing concentration. (Please ignore my grammar in this post; I’m typing it in a hurry because I have class work).

North Carolina has a CAA agreement which means I am guaranteed admission to at least one NC school but not a particular one, and it said that it is rare to be denied admissions. UNCC had an 83% acceptance rate for transfer students.
Thank you for reading.
