Can one do math / comp sci at RH?

If so, how would this compare to UIUC's comp sci program

---in UIUC's LAS college?

---in UIUC's Eng college?

How much 'hands on' experiential learning in computer science is there? I understand that this hands on approach distinguishes UIUC's comp sci pgm.

More generally, what can you do besides an engineering program at RH?

Go ask the CS department head at Rose-Hulman.

Truth is, there are quite a few CS/Math people at Rose-Hulman.

I will ask the cs head certainly, but I also wanted to get the response from people who are actually doing the RH compsci route, and who may have looked at UIUC which is just a short jog away from RH - I was curious about their thought process and what they have seen once engaged at RH. This is why this question is posted in this forum.
