...that accept kids with not so fantastic grades?

I would like some suggestion for good East Coast privates that might accept somebody with around a 3.2 GPA, but good SATs, good ECs, and a good essay.
Thanks for responses in advance.

there are about a zillion...I'll need to know more info (especially what majors/programs are you looking into). Interested in religiously affiliated schools? How big/how small? Rural, urban etc.

Please be a bit more specific!

Sorry for being vague! =/

Well, I've been looking into either engineering, business, or economics mostly. (very different majors, I know...)
Although I am not religious, I wouldn't mind going to religiously affiliated school.
I wouldn't mind a very large school, but I'd prefer a medium sized school.
Also I live on the West Coat and I'm Asian if that is of any help or detriment.

Thanks for trying to help. =)

Syracuse U in NY might be a good college to look into (~20% of student body had under a 3.2 GPA). As a reach, you might want to look into Loyola College of Maryland.

Boston University

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them.
Do you know what the the strengths (programs, academics, atmosphere, etc) of the colleges are?

If you wanna get into engineering, maybe WPI or Rose-Hulman?

Clark U. (Worcester, MA); Union College (NY); Northeastern U.; Fordham; St. John's (NY); Drexel; Clarkson; St. Lawrence; Niagara; Ithaca.

Wow, there are so many colleges I've never heard of/looked into.
Thanks a bunch, please keep the suggestions coming while I take some time to look into these colleges.

Union and Fordham would definitely be reaches with a 3.2
