Can someone help me interpret my WAIS-IV scores?

I underwent neuropsychological testing two weeks ago and went to my feedback session today.

Full Scale IQ: 98
Math: 98
Processing Speed: 100
Reading: 107
Working Memory: 108
Verbal: 112
Spelling: 121
Perceptual Reasoning: 77

Clearly there’s a huge discrepancy between my Perceptual Reasoning score and my other scores.

I’ve been taking Lexapro (10 mg) and Wellbutrin XL (300 mg) for at least two months now. Lexapro for anxiety, and Wellbutrin XL for focus problems. Could medication have affected my scores?

There’s no way of knowing if your medication affected your scores without scores from similar tests achieved when you weren’t on medications.

For the most part these scores show that you are functioning within the Average range for your age. You do have a large discrepancy between your Perceptual Reasoning score and your Verbal score which makes your full scale score less meaningful. You should consider each area separately. Weaker perceptual reasoning may pull down your math score a little.
