What happened was on my application, I had left a spot of my 2nd semester schedule blank, because I was not sure what I would be enrolled in. Now I know for sure that I will be enrolling in a Video Production class. Can someone please help a slightly scared student the exact steps in contacting the schools to let them all know?

Thanks a lot for any help.

If the video class is an a-g class, then just write a short note to each campus to which you applied and inform them know. If it is not an a-g class, they won't care.

It is a good idea to contact them anyhow if you have made any schedule changes that weren't on your application. To contact them, simply go to UC PATHWAYS or each campuses website to get the address for the admissions office. Then, write them a brief snail mail letter saying: This is to inform you that I have added a course to my spring schedule. The course is video production. Thank you for your consideration." Be sure to include your name, address, and social security number. It won't be a big issue at all and may, in fact, reflect positively on you, so no worries. :)

i would also include a self-addressed prepaid postcard so they can send it back to you to confirm that they received it.
