Can someone help this out of state mom with a few questions about Clemson?

Seems like most of this has been covered but nearly half of Clemson students are out of state and there are a ton from the northeast. This was a factor in my decision to attend, as it was comforting knowing that there would be a lot of people in the same shoes as me coming from far away. I’m sure there is some presence of SC high school cliques but you probably won’t even notice.
Sorority/fraternity rush seems to get more competitive each year but it is best to go in with the mindset that it is not a necessity. Go through rush with an open mind, if you find a good fit great. If not, there are plenty of other ways to get involved on campus.
Personally, I love Clemson’s campus and most others seem to do as well. Pretty much every classroom building centrally located around the library in the center of campus.

@Philly97 Thank you!
