<p>I know they are offline, but I don't understand who I am supposed to hand them into and how do I submit my transcript. I am a first semester freshmen and I do not have a relationship with professors and I am just extremely confused.</p>
<p>Who fills out the College Official’s form varies with the school, it could be your advisor, head of your department if you have declared major, registrar of the college, etc. You will likely have to ask around a little to find out.</p>
<p>Transcripts are usually ordered through your college’s Registrar’s office. You may be able to do it online, or you may have to go into the office. The school may send the transcripts or you may have to pick them up and send them yourself (they will be in a sealed envelope, don’t open them or they will no longer be ‘official’).</p>
