Can this be considered a job/work experience?

Throughout the last 3 years, I have been dog sitting my neighbor's dogs. I usually dog sit for a week or so but no more than 2 weeks (usually on like holidays). I do get paid if it's more than 3 days (if its like 2 days I just do it for free) by them as I have to feed them a specific time, check on them throughout the day, and walk them daily. I'm wondering if I could list this as a job/work experience on my UC app. This does relate to my major so I definitely want to put it on my application because I want to major in animal biology or animal science. So can I put this on my UC app as work/job experience? Thanks in advance!

[How do I put “babysitting” on a Resume to make it sound important? - Yahoo!
“Part-time Animal Care Giver” perhaps?

Would vote yes. Shows you have responsiblity and love animals.
