<p>No counselor recommendations. No teacher recommendations. No transcript or report from your high school.</p>
<p>If you are offered admission and accept a place at Cal, you will have to provide the transcript at that time. </p>
<p>Some few applicants are invited to provide supplemental information, which will include one teacher/counselor recommendation, but except for those, these letters are not needed, not used, and ignored if sent.</p>
