Can TOEFL cover up for SATs?

I am wondering if the TOEFL exam score could cover up for your SAT verbal (reading/writing) score. Because TOEFL is designed for people from out of USA, while SAT has hard English for people from out of USA. And that doesn't do justice to people from out of USA. I am currently in High school in USA, where I came before 2 years. Although I am doing well in my school English classes (not ESL, getting Bs, my SAT reading is horrible where I am scoring below par. I am having a good GPA, infact excellent GPA, and my SAT MATH is good too, with SAT writing decent. So I was thinking if I score well on TOEFL (which will be easier than SAT), then I could get admissions in other high profile colleges.
THANK YOU

Im International as well and am sorry to tell yout that colleges require the SAT as well as the TOEFL.
Dont ask me why, all I know is that I have done the SAT today, and it was a lot of pain. If you had SAT for lunch, TOEFL will not be more than a small candy :(

Check with the colleges you are applying to. Some will waive the TOEFL requirement if you score above a certain level on the SAT, or if you've been attending an English-speaking school for a certain number of years.

Edit: Just reread your post and realized you're asking if the TOEFL can replace your SAT score, not the other way around. Colleges probably will take into account the fact that you are international when it comes to lower reading/writing scores, but keep in mind there are many internationals out there who still score extremely high in those sections.

Yea, it really freaks me out to see Germany who fluently speak English like natives but can't speak proper German cuz they went to this Internation School here...
That makes me feel so fail :(
