Can Bad SAT 1 verbal scores be substituted with TOEFL??...i mean if u get like 600 in verbal and 600 in writing and good MATH scores like > 750 can ur high toefl scores save u during addmissions??

i guess for international students its difficult to get >700 in SAT verbal and writing

No it's not difficult, If you study for 2 weeks full on grammer and 2 months on vocab, it's a piece of cake.
But I am speaking for meself. I have at school the reputation of cramming king:P:P

well not the same here our eng Syllabus in our school doesnt use college-level words.so cramming up 3500 words seems a daunting task I am giving my Sat tommorow. In my practice tests from Barron's book give me a projected score of 640-650 and math 700-720 so just worried about tomm. eng

Ive crammed 2000 of the 3500 words of barrons.
youre right cramming word is not everything, but its very usefull when you read the passages. But hell yeah, I had nothing to do, so I did learn them.

My projected score from Official guide is cr 650 Math 700 wr 650, what makes it 2000. I hope tomorrow I can add 100 points to it.

Hope God stands me by

rishi, in general, I'd say yes, a good TOEFL score can do wonders to overcome a lower SAT I CR and WR score for foreign students. Naturally, it depends on where you're applying and for what programs, but don't worry too much about it. Do your best, and good luck!

nothing to worry my todays sat verbal went quite well
