Can TOEFL hurt my chances of Admission for Colleges that don't require them?

Many colleges require internationals to take either the Toefl or the IELTS, to indicate that you are proficient at English. However, a lot of colleges state that they do not require the TOEFL if you have completed three of your last four educational years in a majority English-speaking curriculum. If I don't need to send the TOEFL scores but send it anyway will it reflect negatively on my chances of admission?

Small information: I am not taking ESL, and I am taking an AP English course. Also, I got 118 on the TOEFL.

No, TOEFL is nowhere important like SAT/ACT and GPA are. It just shows how you are good at English in term of listening, speaking, and writing. If you are exempted from the requirements, then there is no reason to send it.
However ask the admission to make sure you don’t need TOEFL. It’s quite pricey so you won’t want to take it particularly when you are not required to. Where are you from?

South Korea, and yeah sending TOEFL scores are pretty pricey
