I am transfer and prefer the ACT over the SAT :(
So, can I send the ACT scores to MIT.

I am very sure the freshman can do that. So, I assume transfers can do that too?

Please help

So no, you can’t substitute the ACT. Sorry.

You might want to check out [MIT Transfer Admissions](http://web.mit.edu/admissions/transfer/index.html) for more information on transfer admissions.

Is there any point in submitting the ACT along with the SAT; or will they just toss it? I personally think the ACT is an easier test because you don’t have to “shift gears” as often (a few longer sections > lots of shorter sections).

@ k4r3n2, first of all thanks

That is not good
I am not sure what to do now
I don’t even have the money to take the test
Does any of you know if I can recieve SAT fee waiver from the SAT people? ( As I mentioned above, I am a transfer and permanet resident in USA)

I have looked almost every corner of their website. I also have seen your link before but thought that it was an old one.

I know they dont like the tranfers very well, but that will not stop me. I will send what ever I got :)

Thanks
