Like UChicago and UMichigan are both early action and non-binding. Am I allowed to apply to both? If I can, will it make my chances lower? Since they'll see that I applied to two and I might not seem as interested?

Yes, you can apply to two EA schools. If one of them is SCEA (Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Princeton) then you can’t.

Yes, my daughter applied to three of them. It’s nice to have so many early answers under your belt.

do you think it would ruin my chances? since they’ll see I’m not super interested in just one school

They won’t see where else you’ve applied.

Oh, awesome! thank you! :)

Even with SCEA, there are many exceptions, such as if the other non-binding early application is to a public school, rolling admission school, or school outside the US. Check each SCEA school’s web site for the exact limitations and exceptions.
