I see a lot of Law Schools that offer “Specialization/Concentrations” and I was wondering would you be qualified to be a high ranking Manager with a specialization in Business/Economics.
I know that most Managers have MBA degrees.

Yes. I am one. But it is based on my ability not my JD. I don’t really use my law degree other than when someone randomly drops a contract on my desk and asks me to give a quick review. In all honesty my law degree is a bit of a talking point for some people but not that useful. It was very expensive and mostly regrettable.
An MBA is quicker and cheaper. Good rule of thumb is don’t go to law school unless you really want to be a lawyer. 3 years is a long time.
Thanks for the reply, but in case I’m not being clear what I meant was would it decrease my chances?
Like if I was working for a couple years at headquarters of a fortune 500 company and a Managers position open up, do you think the CEO or owner of the company would rather hire a different employee that has a MBA as opposed to someone with a degree in Law with a specialization is Business?
Or would they just not care?
It would likely put you at a disadvantage relative to someone with the exact same resume except with a MBA rather than the JD. The purpose of an MBA is to learn to manage a business. A law degree that focuses on business/economics still leaves a lot to be desired in terms of management. There may be some positions that would prefer a JD, though.
